To get the most out of SleepVibe, we recommend the following:
- Keep it plugged in and turned on: SleepVibe needs to be powered on 24/7 in order to work properly. Make sure it is always plugged in and the green LED light is on.
- Place it near your pillow: SleepVibe is designed to be placed near your pillow and no more than 18 inches from your head. Some people also hang it from their headboard.
- Give it time: It may take a little while to feel the effects of Sleep Vibe. We recommend giving it 2 weeks to start noticing a difference in your sleep quality.
