To get the most out of SleepVibe, we recommend the following:  

  • Keep it plugged in and turned on: SleepVibe needs to be powered on 24/7 in order to work properly. Make sure it is always plugged in and the green LED light is on.
  • Place it near your pillow: SleepVibe is designed to be placed near your pillow and no more than 18 inches from your head. Some people also hang it from their headboard.
  • Give it time: It may take a little while to feel the effects of Sleep Vibe. We recommend giving it 2 weeks to start noticing a difference in your sleep quality.

If you listen to two tones, each in a different ear and at a different frequency, then your brain interprets a third tone that is the difference of the two tones. The term "binaural beat" refers to this phenomenon. Depending on the frequencies used, the user may experience reduced depression or anxiety or support sleep. Binaural beats have been well researched and are considered very safe.
